SRG bearing is a specialized manufacturer of flanged ball bearings,flanged bearings,flanged bearing,flange bearings,flanged ball bearing,flange bearing,miniature flanged bearings,flange ball bearing.

Flanged miniature bearings are available open, shielded or sealed.with bore sizes as small as 1mm. The smaller sizes are sometimes referred to as instrument bearings. Available in SAE52100 chrome steel and AISI440C or KS440 (ACD34/X65Cr13) stainless steel, these metric sized deep groove radial flanged miniature bearings can withstand heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in both directions. Flanged miniature bearings have an outer ring flange to facilitate location in a housing.

Many of these flanged miniature timken bearings can be supplied to order with ceramic balls (hybrid bearings). Most sizes are available in stainless steel or passivated stainless steel for more corrosive environments.and flange ball bearing can be supplied double flanged.

Tapered Outer Diameter Ball Bearings with a Flange are specialty products that are designed to overcome mounting problems experienced with using standard bearings in sheet metal or soft metal housings.

The Inner race is extended from the outer race on both sides. Outer diameter tapering is typically 0.068" per foot but with some product tapered at 0.075" per foot. These products are available in 400 and DD type series stainless steel in addition to 52100 chrome steel. The series is dimensionally defined in inches with the smallest bore starting at 1/8" and are as large at 3/8".

We offer thrust washers and flanged bearings for crankshafts in different variants with diameters of up to 152 millimeters. Additional features such as oil ring grooves and surface profiles are optional. The primary materials used are aluminum or bronze bimetals.

First Bronze offers a complete line of stock plain bearings, flanged bearings and washers made of P/M bronze. First Bronze sintered bronze stock bearings have long conformed to ASTM chemical and physical properties, and are the first to include all ASTM standard sizes to ASTM recommended dimensions and tolerances. After forming, sintering and sizing, the bearings are vacuum impregnated with SAE 30 oil that provides lubricant which is metered from the bearing to the shaft during rotation. Standard off-the-shelf oil impregnated bronze nachi bearings should function satisfactorily in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 220°F. Consult First Bronze if application requires higher temperatures or other specific operating conditions.
